    Phase II: The Inchon Landing and Drive North (September–October 1950)
    In a bold strategic maneuver designed to cut KPA supply lines, UN forces, under the command of General Douglas MacArthur, executed the amphibious landing at Inchon (Seoul) on September 15, 1950. This operation decisively cut off the bulk of the KPA forces in the South.
